Care Instructions
Spot clean only. Do not machine wash. Air dry to help maintain the shape of the hat and the quality of the embroidery.
Digitizing Information
New logo or artwork? A one-time $25 digitizing fee will be added for logos or designs that have not previously been digitized.
Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a stitch file that our embroidery machines can read. Once your design has been digitized, we'll keep it securely on file for future orders, so you'll never pay the digitizing fee againwhen reordering the same design.
Already have a digitized embroidery file? Great! We may be able to use it. However, embroidery files are often created for a specific application and may not produce the best results on every item.
For example, caps are digitized differently than flat garments such as polos, hoodies, and t-shirts. Hat designs are typically stitched from the bottom up and from the center outward to match the way a cap is hooped and to minimize fabric distortion. Flat embroidery uses different stitch directions, sequencing, underlay, and compensation.
If your existing file was not created for the product you're ordering, we may need to adjust or re-digitize portions of the design to ensure the best possible results. If additional work is required, we'll always let you know before proceeding.
Our goal is not simply to embroider your logo. Our goal is to make sure it looks its best on every product we create.
We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to embroidery. Every design is evaluated for the product it's being stitched on so your logo looks the way it was meant to.
